After several years in technology and management consulting, I pursued a Master of Architecture and graduated from Georgia Tech May 2019. I am currently a Design Technology Lead at Gensler. I was formerly a Design Applications Technician at the Washington DC office of Perkins&Will. I quickly became a subject matter expert in the areas of Adobe and Oracle software licensing. As a technology and management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, I became versed in all aspects of project management including risk management, records management including audit response, as well as client and vendor management. I am a driven person accustomed to quickly getting up to speed in new areas and collaborating with diverse teams across various communication mediums. As an undergraduate student studying information technology I worked as a computer lab aide teaching computer skills to elementary school students. I used the program ALICE to teach children programming fundamentals through gaming. In my studio coursework, I have explored the impact of virtual reality and immersive interactive digital environments on architecture and the built environment. The intersection of design and technology is my passion, and where I intend to focus my career.
